  Jasper County in southeastern South Carolina...

* Until 1215 PM EDT

* At 815 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated torrential rainfall moving 
  onshore across much of the Georgia and far southern South Carolina 
  coast. As much as 2 to 4 inches of rain has already fallen in 
  these areas and additional heavy rainfall will occur as Hurricane 
  Irma moves north. Heavy rains combined with the incoming high tide 
  will produce an enhanced risk for flooding this morning. The risk 
  will be especially high in the Savannah Metro Area where storm 
  drainage could be quickly overwhelmed.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Savannah, Pooler, Bluffton, Richmond Hill, Wilmington Island, Fort
  Pulaski National Monument, Bellinger Hill Area and I-16/I-95
  Interchange.

At 1008 AM EDT, Doppler radar continued to indicate heavy rains 
associated with Hurricane Irma moving inland across much of the 
Georgia coast. The risk for flash flooding will continue over the 
next few hours as heavy rains combine with the approaching high 
tide. The risk will be especially high in the Savannah Metro Area 
where storm drainage could be quickly overwhelmed.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Savannah, Pooler, Bluffton, Richmond Hill, Wilmington Island, Fort
Pulaski National Monument, Bellinger Hill Area and I-16/I-95
Interchange.
