  Charleston County in southeastern South Carolina...
  Berkeley County in southeastern South Carolina...
  Dorchester County in southeastern South Carolina...

* Until 315 PM EDT
    
* At 246 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over I-26/I-526 Interchange, moving northwest at 30
  mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* Locations impacted include...
  Charleston, North Charleston, Summerville, Goose Creek, Hanahan,
  Middleton Place, Archdale and Slands Bridge.

This warning includes...
 I-26 between mile markers 199 and 219.
 I-526 between mile markers 12 and 25.
