* Until 545 PM EDT

* At 241 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  torrential rain near Concord. Flash flooding is expected to begin 
  shortly. Expect rapid inundation of roads and underpasses!

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Acton, Concord, Sudbury, Bedford, Wayland, Weston, Maynard, Stow
  and Lincoln.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding will occur quickly, and
could be life threatening for those who try to drive through flooded
roads or underpasses. Find alternate routes. Those near small streams

torrential rain in Acton, Stowe, Maynard, and Concord including the 
Route 2 area. 

Significant flooding of roads, underpasses, and possibly small 
streams can be expected.
