  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to 
  begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Natick, Franklin, Needham, Norwood, Milford, Wellesley, Dedham,
  Walpole, Bellingham, Westwood, Holliston, Medway, Medfield,
  Norfolk, Wrentham, Blackstone, Millis, Mendon, Dover and Sherborn.
