  North central Suffolk County in eastern Massachusetts...

* Until 530 PM EDT

* At 228 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  torrential rain in Boston. Flash flooding is expected to begin 
  shortly. Roads and underpasses will become inundated with flood 
  waters rapidly!

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Boston, Revere, Chelsea and Winthrop. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM EDT FOR
NORTH CENTRAL SUFFOLK COUNTY...

At 313 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain over Boston, which should move offshore before 4 pm. Flooding 
will slowly ease through late afternoon.

Significant flooding was reported at the entrance to at least one of 
the tunnels to Logan Airport where one car was stuck in flood waters.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Boston, Revere, Chelsea and Winthrop.
