SOUTHWESTERN WINSTON COUNTIES UNTIL 1245 PM CDT...

At 1159 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Kansas, or near Carbon Hill, moving northeast at 30 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Carbon Hill, Lynn, Kansas, Nauvoo, Eldridge, McDowell Camp Grounds,
Ashbank, Corinth Rec Area, Poplar Springs, Clear Creek, Lupton,
Curtis Crossroads and Black Pond.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
