A FEW TORNADOES POSSIBLE ISOLATED DAMAGING WIND GUSTS TO 70 MPH POSSIBLE SUMMARY...TROPICAL STORM HERMINE WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE TO THE NORTHEAST ACROSS SOUTHEAST GEORGIA INTO SOUTH CAROLINA THIS AFTERNOON.
