AREAS AFFECTED...PORTIONS OF THE TX PANHANDLE

CONCERNING...TORNADO WATCH 252...

VALID 140356Z - 140530Z

THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT FOR TORNADO WATCH 252 CONTINUES.

SUMMARY...THE LEADING EDGE OF AN MCS WILL CONTINUE TO ADVANCE
EWD/SEWD ACROSS PARTS OF THE E-CNTRL/SERN TX PANHANDLE. AN ISOLATED
SVR RISK MAY CONTINUE TO ACCOMPANY THIS ACTIVITY IN THE SHORT-TERM.
THE SVR RISK WILL DECREASE TO NIL IN ITS WAKE...AND ADDITIONAL WW
ISSUANCE IS NOT ANTICIPATED.

DISCUSSION...THE LEADING CONVECTIVE LINE ACCOMPANYING AN MCS FROM
HEMPHILL COUNTY TO ARMSTRONG COUNTY WILL CONTINUE MOVING EWD/SEWD.
THE AIR MASS AHEAD OF THIS ACTIVITY SHOULD REMAIN SUFFICIENTLY
UNSTABLE IN THE SHORT-TERM FOR AN ISOLATED/MARGINAL SVR WIND/HAIL
RISK. HOWEVER...AS RELATED OUTFLOW CONTINUES TO SURGE AHEAD OF
PARENT CONVECTION...AND NOCTURNAL STABILIZATION OF INFLOW OCCURS
AMIDST WEAK LOW-LEVEL FLOW...THE SVR RISK WILL CONTINUE TO DIMINISH.
