CONTINUES OVER THE REGION WITH ADDITIONAL FORCING FOR ASCENT
PROVIDED BY THE GRADUALLY INCREASING LOW-LEVEL JET. DESPITE THE
ONSET OF DIURNAL COOLING...ENVIRONMENT DOWNSTREAM OF THESE STORMS IS
