* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by this morning and continue to 
  rise to near 178.0 feet by early Monday morning.
* Impact...Major flooding to develop in the Uncertain, Texas area
  as well as Cypress Village and Caddo Lake State Park.  This will
  be the highest water on Caddo Lake since May 3 of 1966 when the 
  lake crested at 180.7 feet.
