* AT 1157 AM CDT...A CONFIRMED TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR CHETOPA...
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

  HAZARD...DAMAGING TORNADO.

  IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
