AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL BE PUSHING ACROSS THE SOUTHERN PLAINS INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND HELP HEAVY RAINS TO DEVELOP.
