* AT 1137 AM CDT...EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED HEAVY
  RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA THAT WAS LEADING TO NUMEROUS LOW WATER
  CROSSINGS BEING CLOSED ACROSS CITY AND COUNTY ROADS. TWO INCHES OF
  RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN OVER THE PAST SEVERAL HOURS ON SATURATED
  SOILS THAT IS LEADING TO WIDEPSPREAD NUSANCE FLOODING. SIGNIFICANT
  FLASH FLOODING IS NOT EXPECTED GIVEN CURRENT AND FUTURE RAINFALL
