SHORT BREAK FOR MOST AREAS AROUND MIDDAY. SOME STORMS COULD BECOME
STRONG WITH PRIMARY HAZARDS BEING GUSTY WINDS, HAIL, AND LOCALLY
HEAVY RAINFALL.
