* AT 621 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED 4 MILES EAST OF RANSOM...MOVING NORTH AT 20
  MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND PING PONG BALL SIZE HAIL.
