* AT 858 PM CST...VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WAS INDICATED OVER THE EASTERN
  HALF OF WILCOX COUNTY.  RADAR ESTIMATES SHOW 1 TO 2 INCHES OF
  RAINFALL HAS FALLEN OVER THE PAST HOUR WHICH ON SATURATED GROUND.
  THIS WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING IN THE WARNED AREA.
