* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MONROE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL ALABAMA...

* UNTIL 245 AM CST FRIDAY

* AT 843 PM CST...VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WAS INDICATED OVER MUCH OF
  MONROE COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES SHOW APPROXIMATELY 2 INCHES
  OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ON SATURATED GROUND...ESPECIALLY IN AN AREA
  BETWEEN MANISTEE AND TUNNEL SPRINGS. THE ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL
  WILL ONLY PROLONG THE ONGOING FLOODING PROBLEMS AND MAY RESULT IN
  ADDITIONAL FLOODED AREAS.
