morning. The river will fall below flood stage by Wednesday evening.
* Impact...At 25.0 feet...Flow threatens lowest residences five miles upstream
at Hidden Valley Estates and three miles upstream at Doty River Estates. Roads
and bridges near the river flood and are dangerous to motorists..
