A FEW SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND
TONIGHT. THE MAIN THREAT WILL BE DAMAGING DOWNBURST WINDS.
LOCALIZED FLOODING AND FLASH FLOODING WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE WITH
THE STRONGER STORMS...ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE MOUNTAINOUS TERRAIN OF
