KANSAS AFTER MIDNIGHT. WINDS TO 60 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE
STORMS. THE BIGGEST RISK IS FLOOD PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN TOWARDS
DAYBREAK AS THUNDERSTORMS BECOME MORE WIDESPREAD. SOUTHERN KANSAS
LOOKS TO HAVE THE GREATEST CHANCE TO EXPERIENCE THE HEAVY RAINFALL
