WINDY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TONIGHT ACROSS PORTIONS OF
NORTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA. SUSTAINED WINDS OF 25 MPH TO 35 MPH
WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH ARE POSSIBLE. THE HIGHEST WINDS WILL BE IN
HIGHER ELEVATIONS NEAR THE TURTLE MOUNTAINS AND IN THE VICINITY OF
RAIN SHOWERS. GUSTY WINDS COULD BE HAZARDOUS TO HIGH PROFILE
VEHICLES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

WINDY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY MONDAY EVENING.
SUSTAINED WINDS OF 25 MPH TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH ARE

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EASTERN NORTH
DAKOTA...WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE OVERNIGHT TONIGHT. SOME
OF THESE STORMS COULD BECOME SEVERE ACROSS WEST CENTRAL
MINNESOTA. LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS WILL BE THE PRIMARY
THREAT. IN ADDITION THE POTENTIAL EXISTS FOR AREAS OF HEAVY
RAINFALL. ANY ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN ON TOP OF THE RAIN WHICH FELL
LAST NIGHT AND TODAY COULD CAUSE SOME LOCALIZED LOW LAND FLOODING.

THE RED RIVER AT DRAYTON AND PEMBINA REMAIN ABOVE FLOOD STAGE BUT
ARE SLOWLY FALLING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

AREAS OF MODERATE RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TUESDAY. TOTAL RAIN
AMOUNTS COULD RANGE FROM 2 TO 4 INCHES.

FLOODING ALONG THE NORTHERN RED RIVER WILL CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY
NEXT WEEK..
