* AT 210 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THE STORM
  CONTAINING THE POSSIBLE TORNADO  WAS NEAR BIG SPRING STATE PARK...
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
