NEW MEXICO.

THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING ACROSS THE EASTERN PLAINS CLOSE TO TEXAS BORDER. LARGE
HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS WILL BE THE PRIMARY THREATS.

A RED FLAG WARNING IS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TO 8 PM MDT FOR MUCH OF
NORTHERN AND CENTRAL NEW MEXICO DUE TO VERY LOW HUMIDITIES AND
BREEZY TO WINDY CONDITIONS.
