VALID 022313Z - 030015Z THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT FOR TORNADO WATCH 58...62...CONTINUES. DAMAGING TORNADO OUTBREAK UNDERWAY ACROSS ERN KY WITH SEVERAL SUPERCELLS LIKELY CONTAINING STRONG TO VIOLENT TORNADOES.
