NORTH COUNTRY THIS MORNING...SOME OF WHICH WILL BE STRONG TO
LOCALLY SEVERE. FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS ARE
LIKELY ALONG WITH GUSTY WINDS AND POSSIBLY SMALL HAIL. MOTORISTS
