AT 605 PM EDT...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WAS LOCATED FROM
WATERLILY TO OLD TRAP...MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.

WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH AND VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL OCCUR WITH THESE
STORMS. VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL CAUSE WATER TO POND ON ROADS AND FILL
POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. THE RAIN WILL CAUSE RAPID RISES ON SMALL
