* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHWESTERN CARROLL COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ARKANSAS...

* UNTIL 800 PM CDT

* AT 157 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  THAT THE HEAVY RAINFALL HAD ENDED ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.          
  CONTINUED HEAVY RELEASES FROM BEAVER LAKE WILL LIKELY WORSEN THE   
  FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS BELOW BEAVER DAM.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO   
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT COULD EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE       
  BEAVER AND HOLIDAY ISLAND.
