* UNTIL 230 AM CDT TUESDAY

* AT 821 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN MOVING EAST OVER THE WARNED     
  AREA. 3 TO 4 INCHES RAINFALL HAS ALREADY OCCURRED WITH AN          
  ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES POSSIBLE INTO THE EARLY MORNING.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT COULD EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
