TONIGHT SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL AGAIN REDEVELOP OVER MOST OF ARKANSAS...AS THE FRONTAL BOUNDARY REMAINS STALLED AND SOME UPPER LEVEL ENERGY MOVES ACROSS THE STATE. TONIGHT MOST OF THE WIDESPREAD HEAVY RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE NORTHWESTERN HALF OF THE STATE. BOTH FLASH FLOODING AND SOME INCREASED THREAT OF RIVER FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE. THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS AS WELL...WITH DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL THE MAIN THREATS. HOWEVER...THE FLOODING AND FLASH FLOODING WILL BE OF GREATEST CONCERN.
