TONIGHT MOST OF THE WIDESPREAD HEAVY RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE NORTHWESTERN HALF OF THE STATE. BOTH FLASH FLOODING AND SOME INCREASED THREAT OF RIVER FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE.
