RUNOFF FROM THE RAIN ON MONDAY WILL CAUSE PORTIONS OF THE CUMBERLAND
AND KENTUCKY RIVER BASINS REMAINING HIGH OR POSSIBLY BE ABOVE FLOOD
STAGE ON TUESDAY.
