BE LIKELY FROM CONTINUED RUNOFF. LOCAL RIVERS AND STREAMS ARE
APPROACHING FLOOD STAGE OR ARE ALREADY IN MINOR FLOOD STAGE...AND
WILL BE CONTINUING TO RISE THROUGH THE DAY ON THURSDAY. FOR MORE

ALSO...THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF VERY ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM
