SHOWER/TSTM DEVELOPMENT IS SLOW TO OCCUR SO FAR THIS MORNING WITH MODELS HAVING OVERESTIMATED INITIAL MOISTURE ADVECTION AHEAD OF THE APPROACHING SHORTWAVE TROUGH.
