.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

RIVERS AND STREAMS WILL CONTINUE TO SLOWLY RISE TODAY BECAUSE OF
THE SNOW MELT. SOME RAIN EXPECTED TONIGHT COMBINED WITH SATURATED

RIVERS AND STREAMS. IF THE RAINFALL REMAINS UNDER HALF AN INCH...ROAD
AND URBAN FLOODING WILL BE LIMITED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

MELTING SNOW...A SATURATED GROUND AND THE THREAT OF RAIN WILL
INCREASE THE POSSIBILITY OF FLOODING ACROSS THE REGION FRIDAY AND INTO
THE WEEKEND. TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF AN INCH TO ALMOST TWO
INCHES COULD OCCUR. FLOODING ALONG SOME OF THE RIVERS AND CREEKS
WILL BE POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY FOR LOCATIONS THAT STILL HAVE A
SNOWPACK ACROSS THE SNOW BELT OF OHIO AND NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA.
