FRONT EAST OF AREA WILL RETROGRESS WESTWARD ACROSS THE REGION TODAY AS A WARM FRONT...HERALDING THE BEGINNING OF A WET PERIOD. TROPICAL REMNANTS WILL MOVE NORTHWARD ALONG THE FRONT EARLY THIS WEEK...BRINGING SIGNIFICANT PRECIPITATION AMOUNTS AND POTENTIAL FLOODING ON AN AXIS THROUGH PA MONDAY AND TUESDAY.
