BUTLER COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA * UNTIL 915 PM EDT * AT 604 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED RAIN CONTINUING TO FALL IN BUTLER COUNTY. THE EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER REPORTS THAT ROADS ARE FLOODED IN CABOT, HERMIN AND OTHER AREAS IN THE SOUTHEAST PORTION OF THE COUNTY.
