  CENTRAL BLOUNT COUNTY IN CENTRAL ALABAMA
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF ONEONTA

* UNTIL 945 AM CST

* AT 646 AM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  FLASH FLOODING FROM HEAVY RAINFALL THAT HAS OCCURRED OVERNIGHT.
  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL UP TO 1 INCH IS LIKELY THROUGH 9 AM.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
