PERSIST ACROSS SERN PORTIONS OF WW EWD INTO THE ARKLATEX REGION.

LATEST RADAR IMAGERY SHOWS THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUING TO MOVE EWD

STABLE WITH ERN EXTENT FROM ERN AR INTO W CENTRAL AND NWRN
AR...WHICH SUGGESTS THAT SEVERE THREAT -- PRIMARILY IN THE FORM OF
HAIL DUE TO ELEVATED NATURE OF CONVECTION -- WILL CONTINUE TO
DIMINISH.

REMAINS MORE UNSTABLE INVOF SURFACE WARM FRONT...WHERE OBJECTIVE

STRONG DEEP-LAYER WIND FIELD EXISTS OVER THIS REGION -- INCLUDING A
50 TO 60 KT SSWLY LOW-LEVEL JET BENEATH 50 TO 60 KT WSWLY MID-LEVEL
FLOW ACCORDING TO AREA PROFILERS.  THIS SUGGESTS THAT A DAMAGING
WIND THREAT WILL LIKELY PERSIST FOR THE NEXT FEW HOURS.
