SOUTHEAST GUILFORD COUNTY IN CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA * UNTIL 115 AM EDT * AT 1112 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WERE DIMINISHING OVER SOUTHEAST GUILFORD COUNTY. HOWEVER... FLOODING WAS ONGOING... AND THE WARNING HAS BEEN EXTENDED. * FLASH FLOODING CONTINUED OVER THE AREAS FROM JULIAN TO CLIMAX. THIS IS A SERIOUS FLOODING SITUATION...
