* AT 826 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION NEAR HETTICK. THE STORM
  WAS MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH...AND MAY PRODUCE A TORNADO AT
  ANY TIME THIS STORM HAS PRODUCED 2 INCH HAIL MODESTO.
