* FLASH FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED ACROSS THE AREA...AND WILL BE       
  AFFECTING THE TOWNS OF SCOTTSVILLE...MODESTO...VIRDEN...
  PALMYRA...GIRARD...NILWOOD...AND HETTICK.
