THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ST LOUIS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  GREENE COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 115 PM CDT

* AT 911 AM CDT...LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED FLASH FLOODING IN AND   
AROUND HILLVILLE IN THE NORTHWESTERN PART OF GREENE COUNTY. WATER IS 
THREE FEET DEEP IN THE TOWN. NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR 
INDICATES HEAVY RAIN IS FALLING THROUGHOUT THE COUNTY.

STREAMS AND RIVERS WILL RISE QUICKLY.  ROADS WILL BE IMPASSABLE.
DO NOT TRY TO WALK OR DRIVE THROUGH FLOWING WATER.
