* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...

  HUNTINGTON COUNTY IN INDIANA
  JAY COUNTY IN INDIANA
  WELLS COUNTY IN INDIANA

* UNTIL 300 AM EST

* AT 1203 AM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED  
  SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WERE CONTINUING TO DEVELOP OVER NORTH      
  CENTRAL INDIANA AND MOVE EAST. RADAR ESTIMATES AND SPOTTER         
  OBSERVATIONS INDICATE THAT UP TO SIX INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN  
  THE AREA.  FLOODING HAS ALREADY BEEN REPORTED IN ADAMS... WELLS... 
  AND HUNTINGTON COUNTIES. 

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING CONTINUES...

THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING CONTINUES FOR
HUNTINGTON...ADAMS...WELLS...AND JAY COUNTIES UNTIL 300 AM EST AND 
FOR MIAMI...WABASH...GRANT...AND BLACKFORD UNTIL 330 AM EST.

THUNDERSTORMS WERE CONTINUING TO DEVELOP FROM NORTH CENTRAL INDIANA 
INTO NORTHEAST ILLINOIS. THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AND WILL CAUSE 
ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL ON AREAS WHERE FLOODING WAS ALREADY 
OCCURRING. RADAR INDICATES OVER 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER 
MOST OF THIS AREA TONIGHT WITH SOME AREAS RECEIVING OVER SIX INCHES. 

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.
