THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORTHERN INDIANA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CASS COUNTY IN INDIANA
  MIAMI COUNTY IN INDIANA

* UNTIL 1245 PM EST

* AT 942 AM EST...LAW ENFORCEMENT FROM BOTH CASS AND MIAMI COUNTIES 
REPORTED CONTINUED FLOODING COUNTYWIDE...WITH SEVERAL ROAD CLOSURES 
DUE TO FLOWING WATER AND SMALL CREEKS GOING OVER THEIR BANKS. 
EVACUATIONS WERE IN PROGRESS IN WALTON IN CASS COUNTY...AS WELL AS 
OTHER LOCATIONS ALONG PIPE CREEK FROM CASS COUNTY INTO MIAMI COUNTY.

EVEN THOUGH THE HEAVY RAIN HAS MOVED EAST OF THE AREA...FLOOD WATERS 
WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT MUCH OF MIAMI AND CASS COUNTIES INTO EARLY 
AFTERNOON. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS COULD ALSO DEVELOP AT ANY TIME 
TODAY...ADDING TO THE FLOOD THREAT.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.

ARE RELATIVE TO STREAMS...RIVERS...OR CREEKS. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND
