  SOUTHEASTERN CASS COUNTY IN INDIANA

* UNTIL 145 AM EST

* AT 1148 PM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED  
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER SOUTHEAST CASS COUNTY      
  INDIANA... EXTENDING INTO NORTHERN CARROLL COUNTY.  RADAR          
  ESTIMATES 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN OVER PORTIONS   
  OF SOUTHEAST CASS COUNTY WITH ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN EXPECTED
