* AT 957 PM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM BLUFFTON TO HUNTINGTON TO 
ROCHESTER MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.  RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 3 TO 5 INCHES 
OF RAIN HAS FALLEN THIS EVENING FROM BERNE THROUGH HUNTINGTON WITH 
ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN EXPECTED.
