THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BIRMINGHAM HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ST. CLAIR COUNTY IN ALABAMA

* UNTIL 200 AM CDT

* AT 1119 PM CDT...ST CLAIR COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED 
CONTINUED FLOODING OVER ST CLAIR COUNTY.  THIS WARNING EXTENDS THE 
PREVIOUS WARNING.  ALTHOUGH THE HEAVY RAINS HAVE MOVED OUT OF THE 
AREA...FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE INTO THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
