* UNTIL 400 AM CDT

* AT 1039 PM CDT...TALLADEGA EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED CONTINUED 
FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED OVER PORTIONS OF TALLADEGA COUNTY.   
THIS WARNING EXTENDS THE PREVIOUS WARNING.  ALTHOUGH THE HEAVY RAINS 
HAVE MOVED OUT OF THE AREA...FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE 
THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.
