THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BIRMINGHAM HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  TALLADEGA COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL ALABAMA

* UNTIL 1100 PM CDT

* AT 701 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AND PUBLIC REPORTS 
INDICATE FLASH FLOODING CONTINUES IN TALLADEGA COUNTY...PARTICULARLY 
OVER NORTHERN TALLADEGA COUNTY.  THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAS BEEN 
EXTENDED UNTIL 11 PM.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
