* AT 1155 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER 
  OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER CENTRAL AND             
  SOUTHERN SHACKELFORD COUNTY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

* DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 2.5 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE          
  FALLEN IN THE WARNED AREA...WITH ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF 1 TO 2

ACROSS THE BIG COUNTRY LATE THIS MORNING. ISENTROPIC LIFT AND
SHORTWAVE IMPULSES ALOFT ARE AIDING IN THIS PROCESS. ISOLATED SHOWERS
OCCURRING FARTHER SOUTH. TEMPERATURES HAVE REMAINED NEARLY STEADY
THROUGH THE MORNING...AND HAVE ACTUALLY FALLEN A COUPLE OF DEGREES AT
ABILENE. WITH PERSISTENT CLOUDCOVER THROUGH THE AFTERNOON AND WEDGE
OF COOL AIR REMAINING OVER THE REGION...EXPECT LITTLE TEMPERATURE
RECOVERY. BASED ON THUNDERSTORM AND TEMPERATURE TRENDS...WILL SEND A
